Fireball's Heart

The African Mask

The Lost Smile

“Why does everybody look so sad?” (from p.9) “I am the Lord of Tears, and soon I will be the master of the world. Soon there will be no more laughter and no more smiles." (frop.10) “Sarah took the mirror and held it in front of the Lord’s face.” (from p.24) “The Lord of Tears laughed and laughed until his skull broke into a thousand pieces." (from p.24) “Hello, love, her mum said with a smile." (from p.24) In this story, everyone doesn't laugh. So, Sarah and Ben wonder if there is a way to take back everyone's smile. The Surprise

“Looking at the egg”, shouts Helen.  “Something’s happening. It’s cracking.”(p.11) “Hey, come and look! I know what it is! Everyoone thinks it's bird, but it's not. Because pterodactyl cannot live in a usual house, so it is carried to Museum. The Stolen White Elephant

"You know, in Siam the royal white elephant is very important. It is sacred to kings, and only kings can have a white elephant. And white elephant are more important than the king.(P.11) This is a story that white elephant which is planed to send is stolen. Many people trid to catch the elephant. The Smallest Cow in the World

"No matter how small she is or where she lives or if she's smart or dumb, Rosie will have Dad and Mom and you and me and the smallest calf in the world. She wii never be lonely again."(p.62) There was the meanest cow in the world. At first,Marvin's family except for he hate the meanest cow,Rosie. Once the family sold all of their cows and Marvin always felt sad. But later, he found Rosie who became small. Then his family gradually began to think Rosie was one of the their family. The Bear's Mouth

Just then, Mr.Woods comes out if the cave. He is holding a CD player. He plays the sound for everybody. It is the loud sound. "See! It wasn't a bear! It was Mr.Woods!" says David.
